Autumn Tune Up:
First Time Biophoton Treatment Only $99

In recent months we have had great successes with our Biophoton Treatments for pain relief, anxiety, expedited healing and overall balance. It has been helpful to so many that we now have 2 additional practitioners to keep that light energy going!

Folks have been asking how this modality works and some have been skeptical, and then pleasantly surprised at the results they are getting. We are eager to share this with our community, and are offering an Introductory Biophoton special - book your First Time Biophoton session for just $99 (regularly $250). This is an amazing opportunity to try it for yourself and see what it can do for you!

A First Time Biophoton Treatment lasts 2 to 2 1/2 hours so that we can thoroughly discuss your journey and create a plan to bring you maximum results and relief. And during your first visit you will get to experience a full Biophoton Treatment. Book your first session now either online or by calling 208-634-9711.

Natural Foods & Herbs That Help Clear It

Rebalancing your internal flora requires a multi-layered approach: starving the overgrowth, supporting the gut lining, and utilizing powerful botanical antimicrobials. Incorporating these natural foods and herbs into your routine can help restore harmony:

  • Garlic: Rich in allicin, a potent natural antifungal compound that actively inhibits yeast overgrowth.

  • Oil of Oregano: Contains carvacrol, a powerful botanical agent known to disrupt the protective membranes of fungal cells.

  • Pau D'Arco & Berberine: Traditional herbal teas and extracts that support microbial balance and digestive health.

  • Coconut Oil: Packed with caprylic acid, a beneficial fatty acid that targets and breaks down yeast cell walls.

  • Fermented Foods & Bone Broth: While avoiding sugary foods, introducing unsweetened fermented foods (like sauerkraut or kefir) helps repopulate good bacteria, while bone broth provides vital amino acids to heal the gut barrier.

The Geeky Science & Tech Breakdown
Uncovering the Root:
What Is Candidiasis & How to Clear It Naturally

As we transition into the cooler autumn months in McCall, our bodies naturally shift gears. It is a wonderful time to look inward, reset our internal systems, and address the hidden imbalances that can quietly drain our vitality. One of the most common yet frequently overlooked root causes of persistent fatigue, digestive discomfort, and skin flare-ups is Candidiasis.

What Is Candidiasis?

Candida albicans is a yeast-like fungus that naturally lives in small amounts in your gut, mouth, and skin, perfectly balanced by your beneficial microbiome. However, when factors like chronic stress, high sugar intake, antibiotic use, or immune suppression disrupt this delicate ecosystem, Candida can overgrow.

When this yeast transforms and multiplies, it breaks down the intestinal mucosal barrier, allowing fungal byproducts and toxins to enter the bloodstream. This systemic imbalance—known as Candidiasis—can trigger a wide array of chronic symptoms, including:

  • Persistent brain fog and unexplained fatigue

  • Stubborn bloating, gas, or irregular digestion

  • Recurrent vaginal or sinus discomfort

  • Itchy skin, rashes, or persistent fungal nail issues

  • Sugar cravings that feel impossible to break
