The Memory of Comfort

When we restore the body-mind relationship, we 'remember' what it feels like to live and move with ease at a cellular level.

Jennifer Stone

The Clinical

Since 2006, Jennifer has been a dedicated practitioner of clinical bodywork, helping hundreds of clients find relief from injury, chronic tension, and acute pain. She specializes in Integrated Massage, a sophisticated blend of deep tissue, myofascial release, and Cranial Sacral therapy. Her approach is rooted in the belief that "added trauma" is counterproductive to healing; instead, she uses a precise but gentle methodology to bypass the body's protective bracing, allowing for a deeper and more sustainable release of the physical tissues.

The Energetic

Jennifer’s work is a study in the somatic architecture of the individual. By incorporating Thai stretching and relaxation techniques, she addresses the energetic flow and structural alignment of the entire person. Every session is an intuitive experience tailored to the client's unique "lived experience," focusing on the subtle dialogue between the physical structure and the nervous system. She creates a space where the body can let go of the "holding patterns" of the past and return to a state of fluid, physiological balance.

The Heart of the Collective

As a career educator, Jennifer brings sincere benevolence to the Two Rivers team. Her commitment to the McCall community is deep-rooted, balanced between her role as a high school teacher and her volunteer work. She embodies the collective’s mission of local service and accessible care, viewing bodywork not just as a luxury, but as a vital tool for maintaining the resilience of the human spirit.

The connection

A fixture in the McCall community, Jennifer finds her own "body-mind" balance through the rhythms of the seasons. Whether she is shaping the minds of the next generation, facilitating yoga classes or finding a way to support a local cause, she remains a believer in the power of movement and the restorative beauty of our mountain home.
