The Energetic
Beyond her clinical credentials, Dr. Lins is a Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and "Perfect Health" teacher. She recognizes that hormonal health is inextricably linked to the flow of vital energy and the regulation of the mind-body connection. By weaving ancient botanical wisdom with modern lifestyle medicine, she helps her patients align their internal "blueprint" with their external lived experience. Her holistic lens ensures that healing isn't just about the absence of symptoms, but the presence of a vibrant, spirited life.
The Heart of the Collective
An accomplished author and international lecturer, Dr. Lins literally "wrote the book" on postpartum health (Baby Blues, 2016, available on Amazon). She has lectured both in the US and internationally at the International Congress of Naturopathic Medicine. Now a resident of McCall, she brings her global perspective to our local mountain community. Whether she is advocating for maternal wellness or supporting women through the wisdom years of menopause, she embodies the Two Rivers mission of bridging modern science with restorative wisdom.
