The Heartbeat of the Collective
Health isn't a destination—it's a practice. My job is to help build the space where that practice can happen.
JoAnne Ryan, Clinic Director
The Clinical
JoAnne brings a steady, hands-on knowledge of the clinic to her role as Clinic Director, having started her journey at Two Rivers as a dental assistant before being asked to help lead the wellness center itself. She has since become a dedicated practitioner of laser therapy, completing over 90 hours of hands-on training on the Fotona Dynamis and LightWalker systems. She is also a current student of biophoton therapy and is enrolled in a master-level nutrition coaching certification program, continually expanding the tools she brings to patient care.
The Bridge
For JoAnne, wellness has never been abstract—it's personal. Health and wellness have been a driving passion of hers since her teenage years, and that early curiosity has grown into a genuine devotion to whole-food nutrition and physical strength. An avid lifter of heavy things, she believes the body's resilience and its energy are deeply connected, and she brings that same grounded, whole-person perspective to how she oversees care at the clinic.
The Heart of the Collective
JoAnne has called McCall home since 2013. Before stepping into the clinic, she spent five years as a teacher, and that same instinct to guide and support people has carried directly into her work leading Two Rivers. As Clinic Director, she holds the practical heartbeat of the collective together, ensuring the clinic runs with the same care and intention it asks of its practitioners.
The connection
A lifelong learner at heart, JoAnne is rarely without a book nearby and finds joy in writing whenever she can. Outside the clinic, she's a mom of two, and her family spends winters skiing and snowboarding and summers hiking and swimming around McCall's mountains and lakes. Whether she's under a barbell, deep in a nutrition rabbit hole, or out on the trail with her kids, JoAnne lives the same philosophy of balance and growth that she helps bring to Two Rivers.
