Scar Revision per area
Breaks down rigid scar tissue to smooth out texture and restore natural tone.

This advanced dual-wavelength protocol addresses both the texture and the vascular feeding system of the scar. Deep-penetrating Nd:YAG laser energy targets the deeper dermal layers to collapse micro-vessels, softening red or raised hypertrophic tissue while prompting natural fibroblasts to rebuild healthy, organized collagen. Concurrently, fractional-ablative Er:YAG laser energy vaporizes micron-thin layers of the scarred surface, smoothing uneven edges to blend the scar seamlessly with the surrounding skin.
TREATMENT DURATION
30 Mins
DOWN TIME
Mild (3–5 days of localized redness, mild swelling, and dry micro-crusting on the treated scar tissue)
RECOMMENDED SERIES
Typically 3 to 5 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart (highly dependent on the scar's depth and age).
WHAT TO EXPECT
A localized, hot snapping or warm prickling sensation. For patient comfort, a high-strength topical numbing ointment is applied to the treatment area 30–45 minutes prior to the session.
PRE-TREATMENT
Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, or self-tanners on the target area for 4 weeks prior.
Discontinue topical retinoids, glycolic/salicylic acids, and harsh physical body scrubs 7 days before your appointment.
Ensure the target scar is completely healed, closed, and free of any active infection or open wounds.
AFTER CARE
Keep the treated scar continuously protected with a thin layer of a healing ointment (like Aquaphor or a medical-grade silicone gel) to keep the skin moist and promote rapid cell renewal.
Do not pick, scratch, or peel off any flaking skin or tiny micro-crusts that form; allow them to shed naturally to prevent scarring or pigment changes.
Once the surface skin has fully healed (typically day 5–7), apply broad-spectrum physical SPF 50 daily to protect the fresh tissue from post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
